Trustco Bank, the parent company of Mt.
Gox, announced that its online banking platform will be launching soon.
The bank will be offering the first generation of its online payment system in Japan.
Its announcement comes a week after Mt.
Gox was acquired by the Japanese financial giant SoftBank, which also acquired the company.
Trustco Bank will operate its bank with a partnership with Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.
It will offer customers the ability to pay for goods and services using their mobile phone.
The bank’s mobile app will be available to users in Japan and other countries.
The new bank, which will be launched on December 4, will offer more than 30 million accounts with a total of 4.2 billion Japanese yen ($38 million).
It is the third online banking service provider by Mt.gox.
