Citi’s new online banking product, Citi One, will launch next week and could offer consumers access to more banking options online.
The financial institution, which has been working on the platform for several months, will announce the launch of CitiOne online banking, according to a release from Citi.
The CitiOnline app will allow consumers to access online banking with a number of different options including credit cards, prepaid cards and online bank accounts.
Citi customers can also access their accounts online with the CitiCard app, which is available on iPhone and Android.
The service will offer customers access to the following features:The company also said that consumers will be able to choose from over 250 different payment options including MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Citing data from online payments provider CoinDesk, Cita estimates that one out of every five Americans has a credit card account, and Citi is the second-largest credit card company by volume.
Citi has said that its Citi online banking service will launch on Sept. 12, though the bank will announce it’s new offering during the bank’s quarterly earnings call on Tuesday.
